One of the most respectful authorities. they let all nationalities including holder of iraqi passport to apply for electronic visa.

 

Requirements:

1. e-Visa application fees are not refundable

2. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the date you intend to enter Ethiopia

3. A passport size photo and scanned copy of passport is required.

 

 

Steps:

1.Click on this link: 

www.evisa.gov.et

2. Then Click on Apply, choose Tourist visa online.

3. Apply for tourist visa now 

4. Fill the smoothly easy process, about flight & accommodation you can write down any airlines which have flights their and also write any name of hotel/hostel you can find online, no need to reserve! Just names enough. (I got hold on tickets, and later on i also booked a hostel but not confirmed reservations) 

5. Later on pay $52 for single entry valid for 30 days. 

6. Processing time maximum 3 days, but i got my online E-Visa within a day. Print it out and travel!

once i landed in addis ababa, the immigration officer were so nice, i just handed my evisa paper along with my passport and without extra questioning, i got my entry stamp along with a big smile and welcome from the immigration officer.
